Trampolining

Trampoline is an activity enjoyed by most children.

Join the South Island's best equipped trampoline club. We have 3 Euro trampolines, 3 Action trampolines, 2 Double Minis and a Springfree trampoline permanently set up. Our classes focus on learning to bounce safely and then progress to learning the somersaulting and twisting skills which are the basis of trampoline sport and other sports such as snowboarding and diving.

Our recreation classes follow the trampoline incentive programme originally developed by Trampoline New Zealand. Children can progress to become members of our successful competitive programme.

Most of our classes are one hour.Children will work their way through the incentive badge award programme learning a variety of skills and how to perform them in a routine.

Children can progress to our advanced trampoline classes which are one and a half hours long. These classes are for children who have mastered the basic skills in the recreation programme and are at yellow badge level or higher. These classes give more time to learn trampoline skills and allow the opportunity to try out competitive trampolining in the local Canterbury competitions.
